The method of comparing the values of tenders under the criteria

	Indexation at the best value - for criteria with positive values only (best value gains 100%, other values are indexed to the best value as its percentage, i.e. the worst value gains non-zero rating)
	Relative position - for criteria with any values (best value under the criterion gains 100%, the worst value gains 0%, other values are proportionally positioned linearly between these boundary values) if you do not want negative values to be accepted, you need to set an minimum numeric value not to be exceeded!
